White Tuna (Thunnus alalunga), also known as longfin tuna, is the most prized fish for its texture and flavor. Prepared in water using traditional methods: individually line-caught during the fishing season. It is carefully prepared by hand and packaged. It has an exquisite flavor and a delicate texture on the palate. Once opened, in order to maintain all its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the White Tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and totally submerged in water adding more if necessary.
